Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to products purchased from store.ironsights.com.au.

Version 1.0Effective 17 August 2026

Where we deliver

1.1

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within Australia.

1.2

Available delivery options may depend on your location, the products ordered and the value or size of your Order.

1.3

We may be unable to deliver certain products to some locations due to carrier, supplier, regulatory or manufacturer restrictions.

Shipping costs

2.1

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless we expressly offer free shipping.

2.2

Shipping costs may depend on:

(a)

delivery location;

(b)

parcel size and weight;

(c)

delivery service;

(d)

Order value; and

(e)

any additional handling or security requirements.

Processing and dispatch

3.1

We aim to process Orders promptly after payment and any required verification have been completed.

3.2

Dispatch estimates displayed on our Store are estimates and may vary during periods of high demand or due to supplier or carrier delays.

3.3

Orders containing multiple products may be dispatched separately.

3.4

Products marked as pre-order, backorder or special order may have longer dispatch times.

Tracking

4.1

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch.

4.2

Tracking information may take some time to become active after a carrier receives a parcel.

Security-sensitive and high-value products

5.1

IronSights may require tracked delivery, signature on delivery or another secure delivery method for certain Orders.

5.2

This may apply to security keys, authentication devices, higher-value products or larger Orders.

5.3

Where signature on delivery is required, you are responsible for ensuring that an appropriate person is available to receive the parcel.

Delivery timeframes

6.1

Any delivery timeframe displayed on our Store or provided by a carrier is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.2

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

(a)

carrier delays;

(b)

severe weather;

(c)

natural disasters;

(d)

industrial action;

(e)

transport disruptions;

(f)

public holidays;

(g)

remote delivery locations; or

(h)

supplier delays.

6.3

Nothing in this Policy limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law where products are not supplied within an agreed timeframe or, where no timeframe has been agreed, within a reasonable time.

Delivery addresses

7.1

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

7.2

Please check your delivery details carefully before submitting your Order.

7.3

If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

7.4

We will attempt to correct an address before dispatch but cannot guarantee that changes can be made once fulfilment has commenced.

Authority to leave

8.1

Where a carrier offers authority to leave, you may be able to authorise delivery without a signature.

8.2

Authority to leave may not be available for all Orders.

8.3

We may require signature on delivery for security-sensitive or higher-value Orders.

PO boxes and parcel lockers

9.1

Delivery to PO boxes or parcel lockers may be available where supported by the applicable carrier.

9.2

Some products or delivery methods may require a physical street address.

9.3

The available options will generally be determined at checkout or during fulfilment.

Failed delivery

10.1

If delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may:

(a)

attempt redelivery;

(b)

take the parcel to a collection point; or

(c)

return the parcel to us.

10.2

Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel must be resent because you supplied an incorrect address or did not collect or receive the parcel, except where the failed delivery was caused by us or the carrier or where Applicable Law provides otherwise.

Lost parcels

11.1

If tracking indicates that your parcel may be lost, contact us.

11.2

We will investigate the delivery with the carrier.

11.3

Where we are responsible for resolving non-delivery under Applicable Law, we will provide the applicable remedy.

11.4

You should not be required to resolve a carrier failure directly with the carrier where IronSights remains legally responsible for supplying your Order.

Damaged deliveries

12.1

If your Order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably practicable.

12.2

Please retain the product, packaging and shipping label while we investigate.

12.3

We may request photographs of:

(a)

the shipping carton;

(b)

shipping label;

(c)

product packaging; and

(d)

damaged product.

12.4

These requests assist us in investigating the claim and do not remove any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Split shipments

13.1

We may dispatch an Order in multiple shipments where products are stored at different locations or become available at different times.

13.2

We will not charge additional shipping fees solely because we choose to split an Order unless you agree otherwise.

Backorders and pre-orders

14.1

Products identified as being on backorder or pre-order will be dispatched when stock becomes available.

14.2

Expected availability dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

14.3

If a material delay occurs, we may contact you with available options.
